Sports Monster hosts the most popular football leagues in Columbus. Men's and Coed offered.

 

Join us this fall for NEW Intramurals divisions starting weekends late September. Did your college/university cancel intramurals? Well, get your friends together and play with Sports Monster's IM division this fall against teams from OSU, Columbus State, Ohio Dominican, Otterbein, Ohio Christian and others!

 

Paid referees will officiate every game and all the equpment is provided by Sports Monster! Just wear your cleats (no metal) and a uniform color shirt or jersey for your team, we got the rest, including mulitiple skill levels to choose from so you'll find great competition no matter how good (or bad!) you are.

 

Registration is open for full teams or individuals looking to be placed on a team.  Outdoor leagues will fill up fast so act quickly on your registration to lock up a spot!

Fees:
-Team Fee
*$49.90 per player during Priority Registration for standard roster
*$54.90 per player during Regular Registration for standard roster
*Standard team roster of 10 players
*Extra player fees = $10 for more than 10 players on roster

-Individual
*$74 per player during Priority Registration
*$79 per player during Regular Registration
*Individuals are placed on a team with other individuals or similar skill levels.
*If you want your friends to be placed together, it is fine to register as individuals and reference each other for same team placement. Note that we cannot guarantee same team placement based on supply and demand. And you may also have additional players added to fill roster. If you want to control your roster, register as a full team.
*Maximum roster size of 16.

*5-week regular season
*1 or 2 week single elimination playoff
*Top 4 teams make playoffs
*5 guys/3 girls on the field for Coed
*2 20 minute halves

Levels of Play:
*Coed: SMC coed 8v8 football leagues are set up for 5 men and 3 women on the field for each team. If male players are missing, a team may opt to field
more than 3 women. If female players are missing during the regular season, it is up to the discretion of the opposing team whether more than five men will be allowed

Facility - Huntley Bowl is located just off of 71 at the 161 exit. The facility offers parking next to the fields.

Uniforms: Teams are required to have the same colored shirts

Signing up as an individual? Great! Indie teams are formed based on supply and demand and therefore require flexibility for placement. Give us 3 choices of when/where you can play and there is a 95% successful placement rate - or a refund if we cannot. If you are a guy, you need to be flexible for coed or men's. If you are a gal, you need to be flexible for coed or women's. NOTE: YOU MUST list 2nd and 3rd options (if available) in case this first choice doesn't work out. You will be asked for options when you click to register. You can even list an alternate sport if you like - the goal is to get you playing! - but listing an alternate sport or skill level is not a requirement. If you can only play in this program, we recommend that you put a full team together. If you don't list alternate choices, we will place you in the next available same sport/format/skill level and there are no refunds.

Join us Thanksgiving weekend with your friends and family and play some flag football! It doesn't get any better than this! You're guaranteed at least 3 games and tons of fun!

Fees:
-Team Fee

*Individuals are placed on a team with other individuals or similar skill levels.

*Maximum roster size of 14 but most individual teams have 8-10 players.

*Games are two 10 min halves
*60 yd field
*Playoffs are single-elimination

*Winning team receives a trophy or shirts

Charity:
Each team shall select a charity of their choosing at time of registration. The winning team's charity shall be the beneficiary of this event. Charities listed MUST be legitimate or The American Red Cross shall be the default recipient. Team fees reflect the charity donation.

Weather:
Should the tournament have to be shortened for weather, if at least 1/2 the matches have been played, the tournament shall be considered completed and the winning team will be determined by best overall record. If 1/2 the matches have not been played, the "rain-date" policy shall be in effect. Should the tournament be canceled due to weather, the "rain-date" for this event is November 29th. If your team is unable to attend, you may opt to receive full credit for a future tournament in the next twelve months OR receive a 50% refund. If the "rain-date" is also canceled, full refunds to participating teams shall be processed.
