90 degrees and sunny skies welcomed us for championship Sunday. A heated - literally and figuratively - semifinal for Formerly In Shape vs Cleat Us was followed by a more convincing win by Kickin Ain't Easy over Bender like Sheen. The final was a barn burner for the first half until Formerly In Shape went up 4-1. It looked like it might be more than enough but the Kickn Ain't Easy squad scored 2 late 2nd half goals to get oh, so close to a tie or even a win. In the end, Formerly In Shape held on to secure a 4-3 championship victory. It's tough to lose but a well played game does provide some satisfaction and all three matches had that. Thanks for playing!
