Hoosier Daddy vs Hufflepuff

Game 1 of the season began with one heck of a tight game. Hoosier Daddy Would not give into Hufflepuff today as they charged back to an "almost" come back. Close but no cigar! Final score was 62-54 with a good start to the season for Hufflepuff.

Lob City vs Headbands make her dance

Lob city came ready to play today!!! No Jokes. putting up 71 points in their first game of the season. I must say, that is very impressive. Not only did they score 71 they held their opponent to just 28 points! Now is that great defense or what?!?! Is this the team to fear this season? Is this the team to beat??? Excited to see if Lob city continues their dominance as the season moves along.

Ball is life vs Dropping Dymes XL

Ball must really be life as they showed some very good talent in their first week of the season. Ball is life balled out and Dropping Dymes didnt really drop any dimes......... lop sided game as Ball is likfe came away with the win 52-39.

This years Wednesday league has been tight! A lot of close games! The standing has a potential 6 teams that can easily jump to the top if things go their way.

Get Down or Lay Down stayed strong this past week as they played a very competitive Dropping Dymes team. It was a back and forth game but Dropping Dymes just didnt have enough left in them to bring down the top dogs of the league. Final Score was 66-57 with Get Down Lay Down improving to 4-0 while Dropping Dymes drop to 2-3

I dont think anybody on this team is doing much dancing right now. They are on the struggle bus and need to figure it out. Lucky everybody makes playoffs and anything can happen in playoffs. Its time to get together guys and be that Cinderella story. One game at a time. You win one and "BAM!" Momentum can swing your way in a heartbeat. Still have time fellas you got this

I know it is very hot in the gym, not only are we running basketball leagues in that gym but apparently we are also running a weight loss program ha It feels like someone can loose 5 pounds after playing just one game in that gym. Finish strong and enjoy your selves. May next week be as fun as this week.

Another week with another team left undefeated in this league.

Get down or lay down took care of business today with no issues at all. An easy 56 to 39 victory to allow them to continue their dominance over everybody else within this league.

Ball is life had a great come back though! They performed a lot better in their 2nd game of their double header and came away with a 58-52 victory over Hoosier Daddy. That was a great way to respond to a big lose the game before.

Dropping Dymes just kept on rolling today with a 73-66 victory over Lob City. Today it seemed like it was Dyme City has they scored a whopping 73 points! I don't know but in a rec league I do believe that is a pretty good offensive day.
