Season Begins!!
And we are off!!!!! The Monday Season for kickball has begun! What more can you ask for. A great time to meet new people and see old friends.

Pitches be crazy vs. Bow Down Pitches

Wow what a way to start the season!! very first game of the season ended up with a combined 33 runs. I think both teams were really eager to start playing. Bow Down Pitches ends up with the win 17-16.

Kickball Assassins vs. Ball Kickers

This came was a blow out! Ball Kickers really kicked the hell out of the ball this week! 16 runs for the Ball Kickers. Man did that leave a statement or what. They are pretty much telling Pitches be Crazy, and Bow Down Pitches that they aren't the only ones that can score a lot.
I do give a shout out to the Indy team Kickball Assassins. I know it is tough getting a group of individuals together for the first time and win a game. So just keep having fun and giving effort. You'll get there!

It was a fun Monday and i hope to see everyone next week.

Pitches Be Crazy
Week 5
A league with two teams holding it down.
The Champs continue to show that they are the team to beat after a nice win this week to improve to 4-1.
Pitches Be Crazy had an emotional day as they were able to see their amazing big first place trophy from the Spring season. It gave them back memories of all the hard work they put in for that trophy and reminded them that they are in this league to repeat as champs!
It sure showed in their game as they put a beating on Bow Down Pitches 12-2. This has now improved Pitches Be Crazy record to 4-1 and dropped Bow Down Pitches to 2-2.

Right behind them are THE HUNKS. They were a team that battled them during the Spring and it looks like they will be battling them again this summer! THE HUNKS came into todays double header with a record of 2-1 looking for two huge wins to keep up with Pitches Be Crazy in the league standings. THE HUNKS came out with 18 runs the first game and 13 runs the second game. Sweeping their double header has allowed them to improve to 4-1 and evening them up with Pitches Be Crazy. These two are the obvious top dog of this league.

Kickball Assassins and Ball Kickers

Its a tough league right now when you have two power houses but little by little you will get there. A Goliath can always fall.

The Hunks vs Bow Down Pitches

The Hunks came into their first game today ready to go! Putting up 12 runs and holding their opponents to just 1 run. Yeah I do not think that any team had a chance with these Hunks today.

Ball Kickers vs The Hunks

As I was saying before nobody was stopping The Hunks today. They came into their second game of their double header just as hot as their first game putting up another 12 runs in this one. Only difference was that the Ball Kickers were a little more ready to keep up offensively than Bow Down Pitches were. Final score of this game was 12-9 with the Hunks improving to 2-1 while Bow Down drops to 2-1

Pitches be Crazy vs Kickball Assassins

Idk but the only assassins i saw here were on the Pitches Be Crazy team. They Assassinated everybody on the field today with their amazing kicking. 19 runs! yeah they are just running through people right now. First place for these guys.

Two teams keep rolling in this league as both Pitches Be Crazy and The Hunks improve to 5-1. These two teams continue to show that they are the teams to beat here on this Monday league.

Hey now do not forget about these guys here. At 3-3 they stand in a decent spot to be able to compete vs the top two dogs. This team has had an up and down season but continue to fight to stay right behind the top 2 seeds.

Its almost playoff time and these teams are in a little bit of a pickle. It has not been the best season for them but they are still fighting every week for a win. I like the effort but come playoff time its time to step it up. Will a Cinderella story come about?
